We value and share a range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.The Opportunity:Mattel is currently seeking a Junior Mattel Player (JuMP) Consumer ProductsWhat Your Impact Will Be:??????Marketing and PR:Direct contact with Inpress and liaison with licensees (Total Hardlines)Facebook posts (filling in links and requesting artwork from licensees) (Total Hardlines) Translation of videos, especially during the construction of CP Summit material (Total Hardlines)Budget/Purchasing:Creation of POs, Control of A&P, NFs and Provision of Expenses (Total Hardlines) Expenses Report end of month - follow up with accounts team (Total Hardlines)Toy purchases: request spreadsheet, email approval to sales/cbts team, fill in requisitions and reclassifications, contact Baron (Total Hardlines)Licensing contracts:FUP to requests for documents from the licensee (step 1 of the contracts process), made by the category managers (Total Hardlines).Sending the documentation received for validation by the relevant areas (stage 2 of the contracts process) and then sending it to the Contract Administrator (Total Hardlines)Responsible for the monthly calls with the Quality and Audit team: follow-up after the calls and update whenever necessary (Total Hardlines)Reports / General Contracts:Consolidation of quarterly sales forecasts (Total Hardlines)Contracts/Procurement/Approval with Legal: Supplier registration, completion of drafts, submission to Adobe Sign, follow-up of signatures (Total Hardlines) Partnership terms, service contractsCreative:Guarantee licensees' access to Brandcomply and MALIBU (Total Hardlines).Follow up on guides for licensees in the categoriesGeneral:Support the service of category licenseesWeekly meeting agenda (Total Hardlines)Organizing samples: receiving, supplying Mattel Brands, organizing stock, Hobby Box and shipments (Total Hardlines)Feeding and maintaining the PPT with our product portfolio (Total Hardlines)What We're Looking For:TeamworkOwnershipProactiveAccountabilityOrganizationIntermediate Spanish, Advanced English nice to have Excel and ppt intermediate-advancedDon't meet every single requirement?
