Position Overview:
**This is a paid internship; however, the intern must provide their own housing and transportation. Business related transportation and expenses will be paid by the organization. This intern will work full-time through the summer of 2025. The internship is located out of any of our Compeer offices in **Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin**.**
Essential Functions:
- Collect, scrub and process large datasets into usable formats.
- Examine assumptions for internal model development and validation efforts.
- Perform analysis on an as-needed basis on data to identify trends or relationships.
- Perform ad hoc projects to analyze targeted portfolio risks and opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications & Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Working towards completing a mathematics, statistics, economics, finance or related degree, with 1-2 years completed.
- Working knowledge of database programming such as SQL, R or SAS.
- Understanding of statistical analysis and/or econometrics.
- Exceptional skills and abilities in client service, teamwork, and time management.
