You will ensure that all customers' requirements and needs are completely met while upholding the company vision and mission. Extreme tact, sensitivity and professionalism are necessary as you will have daily contact with customers and will be a direct influence on their satisfaction._
**Responsibilities**:

- _Telephone Technical support._
- _External Sales team support._
- _Channel Partners support._
- _Product, customers and supplier registration._
- _Technical/commercial quotation process and sales orders._
- _Product price positioning through analytical curves._
- _Customer base._
- _Proposal tracking._
- _Portals / E-commerce._
- _Electrical calculations (ohm's law), formula of power, current and voltage of three-phase systems._
**Background & Skills**:
- **_Majoring in Engineering: Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics or Industrial Automation._**:
- _English level: Advanced._
- _Great attention to detail, ability to multitask, with strong interpersonal, organizational, problem solving and time management skills._
- _Sensitive to customers' needs and able to create good dialog with customers._
