Team Overview and Job responsibilities
- We are looking for a Project Management Intern to join our team.
- Based in Vila Velha/Es - Brazil, reporting to Project Management Manager, in accordance with established policies, guidelines, strategies and legislation. You will focus on the following activities:
- Assist in creating the project's structured planning, in accordance with Prysmian's guidelines and customer needs (Ensure that customer requirements are being followed), to attend projects schedules and costs;
- Assist follow up project progress, taking corrective action when necessary, reporting progress to your immediate leadership.
- Support in the control and execution of projects, dealing with the stakeholders.
- Assist on optimization on project methodologies, reduce costs and increase expected margins on projects;
- Assist in carrying out risk analysis of projects and tracking of risks during execution;
- Use Microsoft Sharepoint to create workflows and document control, using queries to extract results to "living Dashboards".
- Helping in the accountability of evaluation and monitoring of the project status, cost and margin control and deadlines;
- Assist on process improvement and implementation of project monitoring tools;
- Assist on implementing lessons learned on current and future projects.- Who are we looking for?
- We are looking for a professional with the following skills and motivations:
- Graduated in Engineering (Mechanical; Electrical, Oil and Gas; Manufacturing);
- Sharepoint and Power Automate knowledge is a plus.
- Good communication skills;
