Job description We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain strong customer relationships and business negotiation skills.
Responsibilities and assignments Provide remote customer service via telephone, system, email and/or online meetings, preparing and sending commercial proposals. Develop lasting relationships that encourage customer loyalty and promote recurring sales of peripherals, components, promotional packages and/or parts supply contracts. Monitor the sales process from the first contact to the closing, following the application of best practices in logistical, fiscal and financial aspects for sales revenue. Create new sales opportunities by following up with customers who have shown interest or through telemarketing calls and emails. Keep CRM up to date with customer information and sales status. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve established goals. Maintain and expand the network of potential customers in the company's Sugarcane, Grains, Perennials and LatAm operations. Analytical ability to develop and interpret strategic indicators, including price margin calculations, discount rates and periodic promotions. Requirements and qualifications Higher education in Administration, Sales Marketing or related areas will be a differential. Previous experience in inside sales or customer service. Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM will be a plus. Knowledge of Office suite tools, such as Excel, Power Point and Power BI. Knowledge of SAP operations.
