Internal Communication Analyst (Hr Area)

Summary of activities:This position is part of Gestamp Regional Brazil team, this means a national work scope considering all our +5.000 employees. As main responsibilities are internal communication, engagement, and development activities, ensuring alignment with corporate principles and organizational culture.· Planning and execution of internal campaigns and routine communications – including the creation of content (text) and design of materials.· Management of the Gestamp APP, including routine meetings with supplier to monitor improvements.· Support employer branding initiatives.· Apply climate research and support the development of action plans with the areas.· Contribute with solutions to improve HR processes, including a focus on digitalization and automation.· Relationships with suppliers and negotiations for hiring inherent to the activities, including the management of Invoices.· Generalist vision to contribute to the alignment of processes and initiatives, always seeking to offer the best experience to employees.· Working on global projects of the Gestamp Group.Requirements:· Higher education degree· Experience with internal communication and branding· Advanced English· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator· Knowledge of video editing will be a plusMain benefits:· Profit sharing (PLR)· Health plan· Dental plan· Market voucher· Wellhub· On-site cafeteria
