**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**
The Internal Operations Manager is the director of excellence in this Luxury Private Estate. The person holding this position ensures that the team of 200 has the necessary training, skills, support, and resources to do their job to the highest level.
**QUALIFICATIONS / CERTIFICATION / LICENSES**

- Diploma or higher education in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Management or Psychology
- Certification from a recognised Butler School highly regarded.
- UAE or International Driver's License Mandatory
- Know fluent English Mandatory
- CV must be in English Mandatory
**EXPERIENCE**
- 5+ years' experience working as a manager in a 5* establishment
- Experienced in working with VVIP clients with a passion for providing personalised luxury service

- Exceptional organisational skills

- Great attention to detail and creativity
- Leadership capabilities - able to motivate, lead and upskill a team.
- Willing to go above and beyond.
- In depth knowledge of managing a luxury property
- Advanced knowledge of Food & Beverage
- Advanced knowledge of Housekeeping, including sanitation and hygiene
- Exceptionally well-groomed with excellent social etiquette
- Discrete and of good moral judgement
- Able to function at optimum level under pressure.
- Capable of effective time management through skillful prioritization
- Advanced MS office skills - word, excel, outlook, ppt.
- Report writing.
