**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Follow-up proposals for spare parts (contact customer);
- Check and process purchase orders received;
- Follow-up the delivery times and keep customer informed;
- Assist the Procurement team regarding the importation process:
- Check and review the importation documents;
- Check and review tax classification (HS/NCM Codes);
- Translate description in English to Portuguese when needed to our agent;
- Responsible to monitor the delivery of goods and nationalization processes with the Procurement department and keep the customer updated;
- Work with involved internal and external partners (Brazil /USA/Europe/ASIA) regarding tax and regulatory requirement changes;
- Responsible for providing support and receiving commercial and technical requests for the Brazilian market;
- Responsible for arranging the proposals for Brazil filling out our spreadsheet with as much information as possible;
- Correct tax;
- Correct NCM's (H.S.CODE);
- Customs expenses;
- Freight, crating Charge & insurance to (air)port (Brazil);
- Delivery time
- Marketing actions support
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
**D**E**S**IR**ED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Technical degree plus a minimum of three years related experience.
- Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Technical Understanding
- Speak Brazilian Portuguese like a native.
- Communicate fluently in English.
- Power BI skills will be considered as a plus.
