Company Description Our company is one of the main tire wholesale exporter to latin America and the Caribbean. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an International Customer Service representative at WINGATE TIRES. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, keeping log of orders and deliveries, issuing invoices and packing lists for each customer as well contact the customer for payments due dates. Qualifications Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills Phone Etiquette and Customer Service proficiency Experience in enhancing Customer Experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus Prior experience in a similar role preferred High school diploma or equivalent required
