Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an International Customer Service representative at WINGATE TIRES. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, keeping log of orders and deliveries, issuing invoices and packing lists for each customer as well contact the customer for payments due dates. QualificationsCustomer Support and Customer Satisfaction skillsPhone Etiquette and Customer Service proficiencyExperience in enhancing Customer ExperienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to speak multiple languages is a plusPrior experience in a similar role preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent required
