Main responsibilitiesWhat you will do:Register customer cases and requests in the system;Analyze and post all customer requests in the system so the quotations team can start working on them;Analyze new customers to determine if they are a focus for Soluparts:Receive requests from customers from around the world via e-mailAnalyze customer information on LinkedIn and on the company's websiteCheck the number of employeesVerify if the company operates in the steel, metallurgical, or mining sectorsInteract with sales teams to understand customer needs. Requirements and skillsWhat will bring you to the role:Fluent EnglishAvailability to work during business hoursCurrently enrolled between the third and sixth semesters of International Relations, Foreign Trade, or related degree programs Additional informationOn-site (located in Belo Horizonte-MG)
