/n What will bring you to the role: Fluent English Availability to work in person in Belo Horizonte-MG Currently enrolled between the third and sixth semesters of International Relations, Foreign Trade, or related degree programs  /n What you will do: Register customer cases and requests in the system; Analyze and post all customer requests in the system so the quotations team can start working on them; Analyze new customers to determine if they are a focus for Soluparts: Receive requests from customers from around the world via e-mail Analyze customer information on LinkedIn and on the company's website Check the number of employees Verify if the company operates in the steel, metallurgical, or mining sectors Interact with sales teams to understand customer needs.
