QUALIFICATIONS
• BS Accounting or any related course
• Requires knowledge of English and Filipino written and verbal communications, and general knowledge of business operations.
• SAP Asset and Inventory Accounting
JOB SUMMARY
This position is specifically designed to carry out functions primarily related to Accounting of Inventory and Plant, Property & Equipment.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES

Plant, Property & Equipment (Ramcar Group)

Reviews adequacy of documentation of CERs.
Creation and locking of asset numbers.
Conducts annual inventory to ensure physical existence and proper charging of cost centers.
Posting of accounting entries particularly relating to proper charging of cost centers and reclassifications.
Monitoring of CERs.
Gate pass issuance and gate pass register collation and monitoring.
Validation (random) of ongoing and/or completed projects per CER.
Preparation of lapsing schedule and other PPE data for internal/external requirement.


Inventory (Ramcar Group)

Conducts quarterly or annual physical inventory as necessary.
Conducts spot count of materials to determine veracity of transactions and/or validate processes, makes recommendation and/or suggestions for improvements.
Validates variance explanations submitted by inventory controllers or store location owners.
Reclassification of spare parts' issuances pertaining to PBI assets to AR-Others.
Physical checking of materials for write-off.
Inventory of excess materials from various projects.
Random checking of sample PRD transactions.
SAP Transactions:

Review and posting of Physical Inventory Documents.
Posting of justified adjustments.
Posting of restricted movements i.e., write off, reclassifications.
Closing of maintenance orders.
Monthly downloading of inventory balances (MB5L) transactions.
Annual inventory reports for external audit.




Other duties as required.
Authority to require respective cost center owners to submit monthly gate pass register for monitoring.
