Inventory Manager

The main responsibilities & accountabilities are: Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing inventory strategies and objectives in alignment with the company's overall goals; Resource Management: Efficiently allocating and managing resources, including headcount, space, budget to ensure optimal productivity and cost-effectiveness; Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for streamlining operations, enhancing efficiency, and implementing best practices & innovation (artificial intelligence) to optimize workflow and maximize operational performance Warehouse: drive all warehouse routine, storage strategy, layout optimization, cycle count routine, ensure quality.Inventory management: Optimize inventory management and implement strategies to reduce lead times, enhance the inventory health and minimize excess and obsolete inventory; Service level: Driving Design Assurance, Supplier Quality, Zero Defects and on time in full (OTIF) to ensure customer satisfaction; Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure a motivated and high-performing workforce; Performance Monitoring: Tracking and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as needed; Quality Assurance: Establishing and maintaining quality control standards to ensure products or services meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards; Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborating with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of operational activities with broader organizational objectives; Risk Management: Identifying operational risks and implementing risk mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions, ensure compliance with regulations, and safeguard the organization's.To be discussed in an interview.Bachelor's degree: Engineering, Adm, Economics Fluent English; Solid experience in inventory management;100% in-person work availability in Belo Horizonte As an Inventory Manager your primary role is to oversee and coordinate various operational activities as supply chain project management, warehouse, inventory management levels.
