Support the Investment Cycle: Manage the full spectrum of follow-on investments from financial analysis and model building to preparing memos, conducting due diligence, and executing deals.
Manage the Portfolio: Conduct monthly reviews, interact with social entrepreneurs for data consolidation, and handle annual surveys and reports.
Enhance Processes and Network Engagement: Work on projects to refine investment processes and engage with the local ecosystem at events, maintaining strong ties with accelerators and investors.
Impact Management and Measurement: Conduct impact assessments of the portfolio of companies. Report the impact data to YSB stakeholders.
What you bring to the table
Education: Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills: Proficient in financial modeling and financial analysis. Experience with Excel and financial statements. Strong communication, research, and writing abilities.
Experience: Exposure to investment processes and portfolio management, preferably within the Brazilian market.
Languages: Proficiency in English and Portuguese. Desirable proficiency in Spanish.
