Investments, pricing, and incentives are at the core of what defines and improves their experience on our platform.As an Investment Manager for the Central Operations team, you will be responsible for designing and executing the allocation strategy across LATAM, managing large investments, and supervising the rides business performance in the region. This role requires strong intuition for business, as well as analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.What you'll do:Implement and manage marketplace investment strategies in LATAM countries.Drive data analyses to find opportunities to improve growth, profitability, and experience.Build and supervise key metrics to ensure business performance and investment efficiency.Build and maintain close relationships with local and global partners, assertively communicating and presenting ideas, findings, and insights to assist and guide the decision-making process.Collaborate with multiple local and global teams, including marketing, finance, legal, policy, and operations, to ensure alignment with global business objectives.What you'll need:Be a phenomenal teammate.Data-driven mentality and strong analytical thinking.Passionate about hard problems and creative solutions.Proven experience interpreting and presenting data to various audiences; ability to translate quantitative findings into action plans.Interpersonal skills and ability to navigate through different teams.Very strong communication and organization skills.Resilience and ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment.SQL + Basic Statistics knowledge.Python or any other scripting language is a very nice to have.We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently.
