Investment And Project Development Manager - Container Terminal

We are looking for an experienced Investment and Project Development Manager to lead the growth initiatives for a major port operator in Brazil. This person will play a crucial role in analyzing financial opportunities, identifying strategic investments, and collaborating with partners to expand their business at terminal and regional level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure investment, financial modeling, and stakeholder management, with a focus on fostering relationships with governmental authorities and clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and growth strategies for the business in Brazil. Analyze financial opportunities for investment in infrastructure projects, with a focus on the port sector. Collaborate with headquarters to identify business development opportunities in Brazil. Conduct financial modelling to assess investment viability and long-term value. Build and maintain relationships with governmental authorities, partner companies, clients, and internal stakeholders. Drive partnerships and collaborations to enhance the company's market presence and competitive advantage. Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to ensure alignment with business objectives. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. 5 years of experience in infrastructure investment, preferably in the port or logistics sector. Proven experience in financial analysis and modeling for large-scale projects. Strong understanding of the Brazilian regulatory environment and market trends. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with external stakeholders and government authorities. Ability to work collaboratively with international teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
