Job Description: Maintain and develop investor presentation materials, databases, and periodic reports on performance and track record of DWM and our impact funds Develop and maintain databases of existing and prospective investors Help prepare annual reporting, including the annual DWM Impact Report Organize and support responses to Due Diligence Questionnaires or periodic questions from institutional investors on DWM and our impact funds Support on-boarding of institutional investors to DWM's impact funds Organize and take part in remote and in-person investor reporting or marketing meetings Update DWM website and initiate or support social media reporting on events relevant to DWM Location: The majority of the institutional investor focus is likely to be in Europe and the United States, and the IR Associate will be supporting two DWM Partners based in New York City metropolitan area, in the United States. The position will be based remotely out of Latin America. Reporting to: This position will report to the Head of Products & Partnerships, working closely as well with the Portfolio Management Team for Private Credit, and the Director of Impact. An ideal candidate should have the ability to professionally and passionately represent and articulate the theory of change behind DWM's impact investment strategies. It is likely this will best be supported by: A university degree Experience in investor relations and capital raising is strongly preferred Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other Office programs Experience and high aptitude with CRM systems Excellent verbal, and written communication skills in English; further languages would be a plus Solid organizational & time management skills High motivation and attention to detail Ability to learn quickly and to work both independently and as part of a team Professional demeanor and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills Ability to represent the firm with potential and existing investors including travel, at times, on his/her own Experience in microfinance or other impact investment sectors is a plus You are encouraged to apply even if your experience doesn't precisely match each of the desired qualifications.
