As Investor Relations Manager, you will be responsible for consolidating and strengthening the company's institutional image in the capital market, focusing on regulatory, economic, financial and corporate governance (ESG) aspects. Its main mission will be to develop and implement communication strategies that align the company's value narrative with market expectations, highlighting its innovations, financial results and growth prospects, ensuring the delivery of accurate and transparent information. Main responsibilities: Develop and implement communication strategies that align the company's value narrative with investors' return expectations, strengthening the equity story; Manage the construction and maintenance of institutional image, focusing on market pillars, regulatory compliance, financial performance and ESG practices; Perform market analysis, peer benchmarking and multiple assessment to identify the company's competitive position and the expectations of institutional and minority investors; Act as the company's official spokesperson in the financial market, facilitating interactions with sell-side analysts, buy-side analysts and strategic investors; Ensure compliance with deadlines and regulations from market regulatory bodies, such as CVM and B3, in addition to reporting mandatory information and maintaining transparent dialogue with the market; Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including accountability and reporting obligations; Develop strategies to increase share liquidity and market coverage, through investor relationship programs and roadshows; Maintain an active relationship with the investor base, promoting earnings calls, individual meetings and institutional presentations to disclose financial results and long-term strategies. Requirements: Experience in a leadership position in Investor Relations, preferably in the automotive or capital goods sector; In-depth knowledge of ESG practices and their application in corporate communications; Ability to conduct market analysis and develop effective communication strategies; Advanced English.
