IRATA Technician Level IIIPosition Overview: Location: Macaé, RJ Company: Beerenberg Compensation: To be agreed upon. Benefits: Private Health and Dental Insurance, Meal Allowance and Life Insurance. Beerenberg is seeking an experienced IRATA Level 3 Technician to join the team in Macaé. This role is essential to our operations, requiring expertise in rope access and team supervision. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading climbing teams, ensuring safety standards, and facilitating operations across both onshore and offshore environments. Required Skills: Lead IRATA-certified climbing teams in executing tasks safely and effectively. Supervise teams of up to 10 operators, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Operate robotic equipment in alignment with training protocols, maintaining precision and safety. Train team members on robotic equipment (following sufficient training and experience), in both onshore and offshore environments. Assist with painting and surface preparation tasks as required. Collaborate closely with other teams to maintain smooth and efficient operations. Coordinate with onshore staff and management to support planning, execution, and reporting of operational tasks.
