The IT Analyst - Helpdesk provides user support, addresses support tickets through a ticketing system, and assists the Level 1 support team.

**As an IT Analyst - Helpdesk, you will**
- Provide support to users, addressing technical, operational, and administrative inquiries.
- Clarify technical doubts and provide guidance to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain good internal and external communication, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Monitor the internal computing environment to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities as needed.
- Install and configure tools and servers in both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Stay up-to-date with system updates, analyze logs, and use monitoring systems like Zabbix, Grafana, Graylog, and WSUS.
- Monitor and track support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of technical events, including technical support tickets and service requests.
**Requirements**:
- Strong logical reasoning skills with a problem-solving orientation.
- Knowledge of monitoring systems, operating system updates, and log analysis (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana, Graylog, WSUS).
- Familiarity with cloud concepts.
- General understanding of computer networks, including remote access, VPN, and firewall.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure components.
- Understanding of Active Directory management.
- Basic knowledge of API integration.
- Basic programming skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of IT.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support activities.
