Responsible for implementing and managing access control systems within AGCO to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive data and systems.
This role involves managing user identities, ensuring proper authentication, authorizing permissions, and maintaining compliance with security policies.
Closely works with stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to safeguard enterprise critical assets from harm, identity-related risks, and business disruption.
Your Impact
Implement and manage the creation, modification, and deletion of user accounts and identities across multiple systems (e.g., maintain role-based access control [RBAC]).
Ensure proper access provisioning and deprovisioning processes for new hires, terminations, and internal transfers.
Monitor Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems for issues, anomalies, or suspicious activity, and respond to incidents as needed.
Audit and review access rights and permissions regularly to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Ensure IAM processes comply with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and other relevant standards.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Complete Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Advanced or Fluent English skills (communication, writing and translation) are mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity area, with an emphasis on identity and access management, and user provisioning.
Proficiency with cybersecurity tools and platforms (SIEM, DLP, IAM tools).
Strong understanding of IAM frameworks, tools, and technologies such as Azure Active Directory (AD), Okta, SailPoint or similar platforms.
Knowledge of industry standards such as NIST 800-53.
Experience in managing identity lifecycle processes and access governance.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX.
Knowledge of authentication protocols: System for Cross-domain Identity Management, Open Authorization, and Security Assertion Markup Language.
