The successful candidate will oversee a team of application service owners and will be responsible for managing and optimizing the content and knowledge management tools and processes within the organization to derive value from this content.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of IT service management.Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of application service owners.Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.Set clear objectives and performance expectations for the team.Content Management: Develop and implement content management strategies to ensure the availability, accuracy, and relevance of digital documentation.Oversee the creation, organization, and maintenance of content repositories within the different applications.Ensure compliance with content management policies and standards.Knowledge Management: Design and implement knowledge management frameworks to capture, store, and disseminate knowledge across Syensqo.Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.Utilize knowledge management tools and technologies to enhance information accessibility and usability.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within content and knowledge management practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.Implement best practices and industry standards in content and knowledge management.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with IT leadership and other departments to understand content and knowledge management needs.Provide regular updates and reports on content & knowledge management activities.Ensure alignment of content & knowledge management initiatives with organizational goals.Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in content and knowledge management.Education and experienceBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Knowledge Management, or a related field.
