The Supply Chain and Sales and Back Office (aka IT Corp SC&S&BO) IT Corp SAP Consultant is responsible for create solutions in SAP, its integrations, and other Corp SC&S&BO systems, focused to design/deliver/support digital solutions that understand business processes and global solutions, and work with all Plant Operations.
Responsibilities: Create & Design solutions, lead technical implementations, and deployment of SAP system and SC&S&BO applications, fostering standardization and best practices, from Concept to Production; Establish global standards for SAP COe (Center of Operational Excellence), fostering Business Operational Excellence; Technical leadership for the systems in scope; Responsible for working with business areas to address and provide digital solutions, fostering standardizations and global approach; Support all plants to operate the delivery solutions; Encourages business partner(s) in gaining more and better comprehension of SC&S&BO system features and usage, fostering User Experience; Support digitalization projects in the SC&S&BO domain; Partnership with local IT teams to resolve complex issues and ensure proper root cause is identified and preventative actions are implemented; Document IT Global Standards for SC&S&BO systems; Responsible for disseminating SC&S&BO systems knowledge for local teams; This position will be our global representative for SC&S&BO applications, providing 3o.
level support and expertise for all systems in scope, working directly with corporate/global teams, and interface with local (plants) teams.
Requirements and qualifications: Bachelor Degree (IT, Engineering or others); Fluent in English, mandatory; Strong Project Management skills, with experience in managing projects in IT and/or business areas; Multicultural mindset, with ability to adapt to and utilize cultural differences; Agile Project management experience; Business acumen for Supply Chain & Sales & Back Office necessities; Ability/Flexibility and agility are essential to deal with multiple projects running simultaneously; Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to accurately analyze information, and make sound decisions; Experience leading technical design session; Be able to work well with the business end users, SAP functional leads, Supply Chain, Sales and operations personnel to be effective; T-Shaped professional.
Technical Skills: SAP consultant & other Supply Chain and Sales and Back Office applications, with experience on SAP complex implementations, Integrations and Support; Strong Technical skills at least in two of the following modules: SD (Sales & Distribution); MM (Materials Management); PP (Production Planning); FI (Financial Accounting) / CO (Controlling); Strong Project Management skills.
