If you're ready for the challenge, we're expanding our incredibly talented team with ambitious growth targets over the next two years.Requirements:As an IT Engineer, you will:Be part of a team of subject matter experts to achieve Deel IT's services growth objectives.Provide technical implementation and pre/post sales support services to Deel IT customers.Build, develop, and enhance Hofy's device management services for sale to a global customer base as well as our IT services offering.Lead technical support for our Sales team, key stakeholders and customer base.You will be managing, deploying, configuring, and refreshing devices at Deel.You identify with the following:Solutions enabler: You are a natural problem solver, and work hard and creatively to find solutions for customer or business challenges.Team player: You work well as part of a remote team, but can also carry independent responsibility. You will be a great fit if you have:Significant exposure working with and managing a Mac & Windows estate.Strong previous experience working with a mobile device management platform (MDM) for managing a mixed device estate, such as Jamf, Intune, or Jumpcloud.Experience with application packaging and deployment for both Mac & Windows.Great working knowledge of IT security.Experience automating device actions using Python, Bash/ZSH & Powershell.Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.Previous experience in a team focused on IT experience in providing technical services to 3rd-party customers and internal end-users.
