You'll work in a multidisciplinary team with colleagues based in Portugal, Spain, Brazil, and Africa, being part of a Team with a great spirit and strong collaboration.How will your day-to-day look like:Monitor the Area Budget:Perform budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for projects, ongoing activities, asset amortizations, and internal/external structures.Maintain a consolidated overview of various cost centers and geographies.Oversee Financial Monthly Tasks for the IT Department:Manage chargeback processes, financial closure activities, monthly reconciliations, and cost analysis.Prepare and Consolidate the Annual Budget for the Area;Develop Financial Reports and Dashboards:Monitor costs and provide insights into financial and performance metrics.Highlight areas of concern or opportunities for improvement.Engage with Stakeholders Across the Organization:Collaborate with corporate and business areas.Foster open communication and constructive problem-solving to address challenges and achieve shared objectives.Support the Development and Implementation of T2D Processes:Ensure adherence to best practices and process simplification.What makes you unique:Degree in Economics/Management/Engineering/Information Systems.Minimum 4 years' experience in similar functions.Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret financial data and make data-driven recommendations.Strong oral and written English communication skills and basic Spanish with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.Attention to detail, curiosity and creativity with a problem-solving mindset.A great communicator and good at managing external and internal stakeholders.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
