**What you'll do as a IT Intern at MBO**

You will take ownership over problems and systems you encounter while gaining a deeper understanding in infrastructure and network technologies.
Your primary responsibilities include:

- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support to internal and external users
- Hardware and software inventory management
- Handle infrastructure administration activities such as setting up workstations, provisioning VMs, directory services management
- **_Spend a lot of time learning new concepts, technologies and tools _**:

- _Gain practical knowledge interacting with Servers, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, Hypervisors, VPNs, Managements Tools, etc.._

**Requirements**:

- Be working toward a B.S in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related courses.
- Passion for learning new technologies
- Interest in pursuing a career as a Infrastructure/Network Analyst
- Linux terminal basics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
