Main missions:
Strategic Leadership: Oversee and manage the IT departments for Brazil and Colombia, aligning IT strategy with business objectives.
Design, audit, and report on the annual IT budget for both regions, ensuring fiscal responsibility and strategic allocation of resources.
Team and Partner Management: Lead and develop cross-functional teams in areas including Data, Cloud, Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, and Quality Assurance.
Cultivate partnerships with external vendors and service providers, managing contracts and performance to drive value.
Process and Governance: Design and enforce IT processes, ensuring compliance with regional and global standards.
Audit and optimize interfaces among various IT workfronts, fostering collaboration across local, regional, and global teams.
Project Management: Oversee project management activities using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional PMI frameworks, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to establish governance structures that support transversal project initiatives.
