**Job Profile / Activities**:

- This role understands and performs standard work to ensure that the scope of projects and services meets and maintains the appropriate level of risk and compliance with internal policies and procedures, including those related to sustainability, cybersecurity, SOX, and IT General Controls.
- Provides guidance and analyzes results to ensure that the customer's quality needs are met. Makes efficient use of available information technology and should be aware of trends in I/O technology to develop compatible systems. Uses group standards, practices and processes; establishes, manages, and reports on meeting timelines and can contribute to solving complex problems and system challenges that involve careful interpretation, analysis, and diagnosis.
- It anticipates potential systems difficulties, identifies alternatives, solutions and interrelationships of the functional areas involved, and ensures timely communications between related areas in order to support the creation of effective and reliable systems to meet the ever-changing business needs of various customers and corporate requirements.
- Provider of communications to staff, helps manage technical training and staff development, assists in career development planning, including responsibility for motivating staff to meet objectives, formal evaluation of staff performance and is responsible for meeting group objectives.
- It contributes to the improvement of system efficiency, costs and quality and works closely with IT Managers, other Supervisors, Business Managers, Division -Managers and customer management in selecting projects and keeping them informed about progress and key issues. It works closely with system architects to explore alternatives and contributes to the evolution of the system. assumes the role of Project Sponsor for one or more 6 Sigma projects.
- Provides information for personnel decisions, advises staff, and can serve on special projects and committees. Participates in the process of setting objectives and business planning and assists in the containment and improvement of costs, efficient use of resources and customer satisfaction. The incumbent develops well-crafted action plans for the current year and has a clear sense of what needs to be achieved in the coming year.

**Basic Qualifications**:
**Education**:Bachelor's degree

**Language**:Advanced English Communication

**Desirable Qualifications**:
MBA, Global Collaboration experience, Leading Teams with Emotional Intelligence, Managing and Leveraging Risk.

**Travel**:Moderate travel required (5% - 15% of working time)
