Job Profile / Activities:
This role understands and performs standard work to ensure that the scope of projects and services meets and maintains the appropriate level of risk and compliance with internal policies and procedures.
This position directs the work efforts of professionals and technicians and defines, designs, develops, implements, and maintains infrastructure systems or applications as requested by the customer.
Provides guidance and analyzes results to ensure that the customer's quality needs are met.
Anticipates potential systems difficulties, identifies alternatives, and ensures timely communications to support effective and reliable systems.
Contributes to the improvement of system efficiency, costs, and quality, working closely with IT Managers and Business Managers.
Participates in the process of setting objectives and business planning and assists in cost containment and improvement.

Basic Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree
Language: Advanced English Communication
Experience: Requires prior technical and managerial experience in Caterpillar projects, applications, or IT infrastructure.
Desirable Qualifications: MBA, Global Collaboration experience, Leading Teams with Emotional Intelligence.

Travel: Moderate travel required (5% - 15% of working time)
