This important role will align with our Americas IT organization and will be accountable for developing and implementing IT strategies that support business goals, regionally and globally.
As the IT Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to partner closely with business and IT leadership to understand business objectives and lead initiatives that will support business growth through system reliability, security, and data integrity across all locations.ResponsibilitiesAccountable for establishing and implementing IT strategies to support business objectives & growth for our Latin America businessDrive collaboration between internal stakeholders and Enterprise teams to prioritize initiatives based on customer & business value opportunityOversee execution & implementation of new features / solutions to address business capability gaps and optimization opportunitiesCollaborate with service delivery teams to prioritize and deliver to key IT initiatives, including ERP, infrastructure, security, and data insight needsAct as a liaison between 3rd party providers and Oracle ERP team to support localization services / applicationsDetermine and deliver to data insights & reporting needs across all levels of the organization to effectively meet business and customer needsSupport MDM related activities, including the accuracy and completeness of customer and product data to support internal & external experiencesAssist with facilitation of day-to-day activities, including partnership with 3rd party vendors for local service desk, infrastructure, and procurement related supportAssist in developing and managing IT related budget and expendituresRequirementsA bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relatedMinimum of eight (8) years of IT experience, preferably with leadership experienceBroad experience with all aspects of IT, including application, security, and infrastructureKnowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements in Latin AmericaProven experience in project management and team leadershipExcellent oral and written communication and documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization, including executive leadershipProficiency in English, Spanish, and PortuguesePreferredExperience with Oracle E-Business Suite ERPExperience with data visualization software (PowerBI and Sigma preferred)Understanding and experience with master data management principlesUnderstanding of integration protocolsExperience with procuring and troubleshooting IT equipmentExperience working with 3rd party vendors and service providersAdditional InformationTravel: 5-10%Ability to work remoteOur Commitment to Our PeopleAcross the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
