It Onsite Support (M/F/D)

Dear Sir or Madam,

we at LAN IT 24 are currently looking for IT Supporters Onsite for our customer in Brazil.
(Sao Paolo-Barueri, Santa Cruz)

**Start**: ASAP

Tasks

\- Installation of PCs, laptops, printers and other peripherals

\- IT user support

\- Experience in hardware management

\- working with ticket system

\- one day per week fix

\- additional calls on dispatch

**Requirements**:
\- Experience in computer science or similar field

\- Good written and spoken German

\- Ideally knowledge of English

\- Basic network knowledge
