Avion Express provides top-level short and long- term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The Company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet. Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company's matters and further development of the company in our Brazilian Air Operator Certificate (AOC).

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION As the IT Operations Manager, the purpose of your position is to oversee the daily operations of our company's IT infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include managing IT assets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, maintaining data and cyber security, and supporting company computers and user requests. You will also take the lead on IT projects and collaborate with external vendors. Strong technical skills, excellent communication in both English and Portuguese, and exceptional problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is essential. Work Experience: Proven working experience as an IT Operations Manager, IT Manager, IT Lead or in a similar role, demonstrating hands-on capabilities in computer support and project leadership. Technical Skills:
Infrastructure Management: Proficiency in overseeing the day-to-day operations of company IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware. Asset Management: Ability to manage company IT assets efficiently, ensuring optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness. Data Security: Strong knowledge of data security practices. Project Management: Experience leading IT projects. Vendor Collaboration: Skilled in collaborating with external vendors. Soft Skills and Leadership: Communication: Excellent English and Portuguese communication skills to interact with team members, stakeholders, and external partners. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and find effective solutions. Leadership: Proven leadership skills to guide the IT team and drive successful outcomes. Adaptability and Flexibility: Parent Company Alignment: Ability to align with the parent company's IT strategies and adapt to their guidelines.Salary: from R$10,250/month
