**About the job**
As a **IT Operations Prof Junior** you will play an important role on the Digital Transformation of RHI Magnesita, being a key individual to develop the technical solutions. You will develop and support main initiatives, being part of the Integrated Business Services department. Your focus lies on aligning the architecture with the rest of the team and other IT areas, stablishing a great partnership with diverse product owners, supporting our internal customers and development teams and implementing new solutions.
Your tasks will include:
- Implement secure cloud solutions for a broad range of customers
- Support with technical expertise in the areas of Azure and other Microsoft solutions
- Partner with other architects, developers, and engineers to facilitate the deployment of cloud services, automation, and continuous delivery pipelines
- Demonstrate ability to work within an Agile project delivery methodology
- Staying up to date with best practices, tools, and process changes regularly

**What we expect from you in terms of**
**Education**
- BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related technical discipline
- Certificates: Azure certificates will be considered an asset
**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent;
**Work Experience**
- Experience with configuration, and deployment within the Microsoft Azure/Dynamics platform;
- Knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions such as IaaS, PaaS, and Serverless
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools and platforms like Active Directory, System Center, Power BI, Azure, Office 365, SharePoint, etc.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise, Field Service and Omnichannel;
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform Admin Center, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Solutions Deployment and Dataverse instances will be considered an asset
- Ability to install and configure software, gather test-stage data, and perform de-bugging
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc. will be considered an asset.
- Experience with data storage technologies: Oracle database, SQL Server database and NoSQL databases
- Knowledge using modern Web UI technologies - Angular JS, HTML5, React, CSS3 & Angular will be considered an asset
- Capacity to understand business needs and provide best solution in line with company strategy, scalable and ready to evolve throughout the years
- knowledge in software design, development and testing methods
- Any experience with Low Code tools development will be considered an asset
