**IT Process Specialist - Sales & Distribution**

You are an expert in Service & Support Management and want to work on new strategies and technologies.
**In addition, your tasks will include**:
- Demand & Change Management lead in the sales and distribution area;
- Evaluate Support Requests as 2nd level support member and decide about changes & projects;
- Be sparing partner to our Key Users as Service and Support partner in the region;
- Be accountable for solution presenting - new technolgies, offer Business Analysis & Functional specifications;
- Give trainings and improve know how of our users & Key Users.

**What we expect from you in terms of**:
**Education**
A master's degree in business administration or similar
Economic graduation or similar.
**Languages**
English - Proficient/Fluent
Any other language is considered as an asset
**Work Experience**
Relevant working experience (SAP SD);
Experience in cross functional module SAP LE-TRA/Oracle Transportation Module;
S/4 HANA;
ITIL;
ServiceNow;
Oracle TMS as asset.
