We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools such as Jira and codeBeamer.
As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the entire lifecycle of IT projects, ensuring seamless integration of ALM tools to optimize efficiency and deliver high-quality results.
Responsibilities : Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Execute projects according to the plan, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
ALM Tool Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in JIRA and codeBeamer to facilitate project tracking, collaboration, and issue resolution.
Customize and configure ALM tools to align with project requirements and team workflows.
Experience managing migration between different ALM tools is a plus.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project goals, timelines, and progress to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and address project-related challenges.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
Monitor and manage project risks throughout the lifecycle to minimize disruptions.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring optimal performance and professional development.
Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce best practices for software development and project management.
Conduct regular reviews to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager with a focus on ALM tools.
In-depth knowledge of JIRA and codeBeamer, including customization and configuration capabilities.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
