Your Tasks and Responsibilities
You lead IT Projects of medium or large scope/ budget from project commencement to completion
You may also lead parts of larger global initiatives
You work with and assist cross-functional delivery teams to help them meet customer requirements
You ensure effective communication and stakeholder management
You define and implement strategies to help teams adapt to new technologies or processes
You manage risks and issues and be accountable for escalating as required, ensuring resolution to issues, managing resource constraints, dependencies and timing challenges and syncing dependencies across teams
You engage internal/external suppliers and manage contractual agreements with solution providers and vendors
You ensure alignment with parallel local and global initiatives
You continuously contribute to defining and improving delivery management processes to better support our customers
You help develop junior staff members through your knowledge sharing
You build strong a network with regional/ global teams
You participate in and contribute to the global IT Project Community
What qualifications do you have?
You have successfully completed a university degree in computer science or comparable education/ experience
You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT environment and have applied agile and/or classic project management methodologies in mid to large scale projects
You are experienced with vendor management and 3rd-party solutions identification and implementation
You have a broadand deep understanding of how systems work together and impact each other
You have a high level of motivation and want to make a difference
You work responsibly and are good at organizing and communicating
You like working in a team
You ideally have experience working in an agile environment
You are fluent in German and English
You have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems and Applications and JIRA/Confluence
