We have built an impressive roster of digital-native enterprise clients including some of the biggest brands in retail and social media.We're excited to announce that we're looking for a Mid-Level IT Recruiter to become a valuable part of our growing team!What You'll Be Doing:Understanding Vacancy Needs: You'll start by analyzing the requirements of open positions, gaining a clear understanding of the skills and experiences needed to attract the right candidates, ensuring we have a clear picture of what we're looking for.Conducting Market Research: You'll engage in market research, exploring various channels and platforms to identify potential candidates.Searching for Candidates: You'll be responsible for identifying and selecting qualified candidates for both tech and non-tech roles, expanding our reach to find the best fits in our primary hiring locations: the USA, LATAM, Poland, Georgia, and Ukraine.Interviewing and Qualifying: Conduct initial interviews, participate in technical assessments, and help qualify candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth experience for all.Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and other departments to align on recruitment needs and share insights that can enhance our hiring strategy.Process Adherence and Improvement: Follow established recruitment processes while also identifying areas for improvement.Who We're Looking For:Recruitment Experience: Ideally, you have 2-3 years of experience in IT recruitment. This background will give you the knowledge and confidence needed to navigate our recruitment landscape effectively.Communication Skills: You'll be engaging with candidates and hiring managers regularly, so being approachable and articulate is key to your success.English Proficiency: A B2 level of written and verbal English is necessary for clear communication with our diverse candidate pool.Time Management: Strong time management skills will help you balance various recruitment tasks efficiently.Adaptability: We're looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is a quick learner, and adaptable to change.Responsibility: A high level of responsibility and professionalism is important. Being results-oriented will help you achieve your recruitment goals.*Please attach your resume in English.
