Job Summary: The Business Systems Analyst & Application Support Specialist will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and providing technical support for our applications. This dual-role position requires a blend of analytical skills and technical expertise to ensure our business systems operate efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Application Support: Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for business applications, addressing user issues and technical problems. Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner. Support application decommissioning and upgrades Support data management, data structure Work closely with IT teams and vendor teams to escalate and resolve complex technical problems. Monitor application performance and ensure systems are running smoothly. Conduct regular maintenance and updates to ensure application security and efficiency. Preferably ITSM certified or with ITSM background and service now experience Business Systems Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. Develop and present recommendations for process enhancements and system improvements. Create detailed reports and documentation to support business decisions. Assist in the design and implementation of new business systems and processes. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role. Experience working in Healthcare industry preferred. Strong understanding of business processes and systems analysis. Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing technical support for applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with SQL and data management is a plus.
