We are looking for IT Technical Operations Specialist who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will: (responsibilities) Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled IT Technical Operations Specialist to join our BAO Technical Operations team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with expertise in SQL scripting, PowerShell scripting, Microsoft Azure and its microservices, DataDog, Splunk, development methodologies, Azure DevOps, and other relevant technologies within the current market landscape.
The candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and driving efficiency through automation and optimization.
Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross functional teams to design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure solutions in alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain SQL scripts for database management, data manipulation, and reporting purposes.
Create PowerShell scripts to automate repetitive tasks and streamline operational workflows.
Monitor and manage Microsoft Azure cloud services and its associated microservices to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security.
Utilize Datadog for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing system performance and resource utilization.
Analyze logs and metrics using Splunk to identify and address potential issues proactively.
Leverage development expertise to contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and reliable IT solutions.
Implement best practices for continuous integration, deployment, and delivery using Azure DevOps.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and enhance operational efficiency.
Skills Profile: Proficiency in SQL scripting for database management and reporting.
Strong expertise in PowerShell scripting for automation and task orchestration.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and its microservices.
Familiarity with monitoring and analytics tools such as Datadog, Splunk, AppInsights & Log Analytics Development background with knowledge of software development methodologies and practices.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within cross functional teams.
Proven track record of delivering high quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, DevOps) are a plus.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT technical operations or a similar role.
Demonstrated experience in scripting, cloud services, and development methodologies.
Experience with agile development practices is preferred.
