**GlideFast Consulting - ITOM Product Owner & Discovery Lead - Contract to Hire**:

- **Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the Product Owner for ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management
- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow Discovery to discover and map IT assets and dependencies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure alignment with business objectives for ITOM and Discovery initiatives
- Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM and Discovery modules to meet specific business needs and enhance operational efficiency
- Monitor and maintain the performance of ITOM and Discovery processes, identifying and resolving issues proactively
- Provide guidance and training to IT teams on utilizing ITOM and Discovery data for decision-making and process improvements
- Drive continuous improvement in IT services through the effective use of ServiceNow ITOM and Discovery capabilities
- Maintain current certifications, keep up to date on all Delta releases
- Build on current platform knowledge by learning new modules and broadening skillset
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in leading ITOM and Discovery implementations and managing related processes
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM and Discovery modules, configurations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and ITIL practices is a plus
- Self-motivated, disciplined professional able to function as a true business leader with a record of accomplishment in managing multiple complex tasks
- Uphold excellent time management and organizational skills with an aptitude toward creative problem-solving
- Excellent proficiency with English language: written, reporting, verbal/oral communication skills; must be an effective presenter
- Proven troubleshooting skills
- Continue learning service delivery solutions, technologies, and methodologies
- Maintain professionalism and an uninterrupted work environment during all client meetings and interactions
- Excellent communications skills required - verbally with customers and all levels of the business, as well as written with technical assessments and project-related reports
**Certifications / Education**:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent work experience
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITOM and Discovery) certifications are preferred
