The purpose of the Process Specialist (Invoice to Pay) is to drive execution, delivery and maintenance of global process standards for Finance P2P (Invoice to Pay), to execute opportunities for improvement, to understand changing business requirements and to ensure involvement of the Global Process Owner (GPO) at the right point in time for related projects / decision making.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Responsible for driving calibration of Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and identifying improvement opportunities from performing process analysis
- Responsible for ensuring adherence and alignment of EMEA Invoice to Pay processes to the Global Process standards
- Responsible for understanding local/regional/functionally-specific business expectations and for ensuring that these are incorporated into the appropriate governance and design forums
- Responsible for supporting the global process owner to drive and execute smooth functional global process improvements in standards, solutions and technologies
- Responsible for managing and executing requests for process change originating in the business
- Responsible for gathering process and controls data to measure process performance, conduct root cause analysis and identify areas for improvement
- Responsible for gathering market research for new and innovative solutions to guide future opportunities
- Responsible for working with stakeholders from Group Risk and Control and Group Finance to draft policy updates to meet control requirements.
- Works "hand in hand" with the delivery leads to ensure global shared service compliance with the global processes and ensure constant, reliable measurement of the proper metrics and KPIs
- Qualifications
- Degree level qualification or equivalent
- Qualified Accountant (ACA or equivalent)
**Technical Knowledge**:Required**:
- In depth expertise in the procure to pay (P2P) process stream and the end-to-end source to pay (S2P) process.
- Expert knowledge and experience in implementing global process changes and driving change in large organisations
- Super User level expertise in SAP
- Expertise in OpenText VIM (Vendor Invoice Management)
- Experience in driving automation in eInvoicing with working expertise in eProcurement systems (Ariba)
- Experience in running workshops, process mapping and performing gap analyses.
- English language (Writing and speaking fluency)
**Technical Knowledge**:Desirable**
- Knowledge of the mining/extractive sector
- Project management certification
- Six Sigma certification (Green / Black belt) or equivalent
- Automation expertise in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) or equivalenT

- Língua inglesa (Fluência de escrita e fala)
**Conhecimento Técnico: Desejável**
- Conhecimento do setor de mineração/extrativista
- Certificação em gerenciamento de projetos
- Certificação Six Sigma (Green / Black Belt) ou equivalente
- Experiência em automação em RPA (Robotic Process Automation) ou equivalente
