Job Summary: One of our client is looking for Jira Admin/Scrum Master who has hands-on experience in administering and optimizing enterprise applications (experience with tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus).
Responsibilities: Support Project Intake Process for Data Engineering Portfolio Help to streamline process from Intake to Delivery through execution Manage portfolio within Jira and liaise between Jira team for compliance Support and structure data capture for intake, planning, delivery and execution activities Lead prioritization efforts to increase efficiency by leveraging custom workflows Call Notes: Should have experience with the below within Jira – Jira service management Jira work management Jira components don't use script runner anymore – not needed PM skills - create project plan First few weeks more JIRA admin, more hands on and later on can shift them to delivery side under the TPM portfolio to leverage skills on roadmap projects Raise utilization Want to start calendar year 2025 in good standing and caught up Currently have different phases that plan when to execute manually, more structure to it and no approval process built in JIRA Determine when intake vs planning --> capture data System Soft Technologies is a proud equal employment opportunity employer.
