[Job 16236] Mid Level/ Senior Data Developer With Databricks, Brazil

You will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and maintaining scalable data solutions, with a strong focus on leveraging Databricks for advanced analytics and machine learning.ResponsibilitiesArchitect and design scalable data infrastructure and workflows.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, usability, and security.Document data architectures, processes, and workflows.Integrate data quality measures into data architectures.Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes.Implement advanced dimensional data modeling.Design and implement Data Lake and Data Warehouse solutions.Establish and enforce Data Governance practices (catalog, lineage, etc.).Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting for data-related issues.Apply FinOps principles to optimize data costs and resource usage.Requirements for this challenge:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Solid experience in data architecture, data engineering, or a related role.Excellent English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).Proven experience working with modern data architecture and engineering stacks in cloud environments (Azure).Extensive experience with the Databricks platform is essential.Strong proficiency in SQL and Spark.Expertise in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines for ETL processes.Advanced knowledge of dimensional data modeling.Proven track record of implementing Data Lake and Data Warehouse solutions.Nice to Have:Databricks certification is a plus.Experience working with international clients.Familiarity with Data Quality practices and tools.Knowledge of Data Governance solutions, particularly with Azure Purview.Understanding of FinOps principles applied to data management.Join CI&T and be a part of our mission to drive data innovation for our global clients.
