A cultural fit is essential, emphasizing respect for differences and a commitment to collaboration and teamwork.Your Mission:Lead the team technically, ensuring adherence to best practices in code standards and architectural design in a DXP Platform based on Drupal;Guide the development of Drupal applications, including custom modules and themes;Collaborate with cross-functional teams including user experience and content strategy;Ensure security and performance best practices are followed in solutions;Create and maintain necessary design documentation;Communicate effectively with client teams to align technical solutions.You need to have experience with:Extensive experience in web development with advanced skills in Drupal, PHP, HTML/CSS, MySQL;In-depth knowledge of Drupal 10+ architecture, best practices, and coding standards;Extensive experience with responsive web applications and front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript, SCSS/LESS, Twig, Grunt/Gulp, etc);Proven software architecture design and technical leadership experience;Experience managing Drupal deployments between server environments (Dev, QA, Stage, Production);Experience with object-oriented design and data modeling;Experience integrating open source and third-party applications into existing systems;Excellent verbal/written communication skills and strong time management and analytical/problem-solving abilities;Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) in English.
