We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Squad Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with a development team to ensure the success and stability of our product, providing technical leadership and fostering a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities: - Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure effective agile practices;
- Collaborate with the development team to implement solutions that enhance product stability and user experience;
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner;
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the squad, encouraging team members to learn and grow.
Qualifications - Experience in leading development teams and managing product support and reliability;
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, particularly agile practices;
- Experience with monitoring and performance management tools;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team;
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail;
- Advanced/Fluent English for conversation.
