We seek a Senior .Net C# Tech Lead to join our team for a short-term project for a retail and auction house specializing in fine wines, spirits, and collectibles. We need someone who will guide the team, and build trust with the client, communicate effectively, and maintain a proactive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical team, fostering a collaborative and trusting environment.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, ensuring alignment on expectations.
- Adopt a proactive approach to identifying needs and solving problems.
Demand Management: Interpret high-level missions and translate these directives into concrete requirements for the development team.
- Work closely with the development team and guarantee a quick onboarding of team members.
- Identify relevant stakeholders, gather business requirements, and develop a detailed backlog for the project.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience leading distributed teams and linking our clients and the team.
- Strong experience in .Net C# development.
- API development experience.
- Proficiency with SQL.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure Cloud services and experience with deploying and managing applications on cloud infrastructure.
- Experience with React.
