Requirements:
University degree level education;
Qualification in business/marketing/communications with regional experience;
Experience in a similar position in Fashion and or consumer goods companies;
Intensive regional and communication ecosystem experience. Digital experience is a must;
Fluent in English with good presentation skills is mandatory, additional Asian language skills would be ideal;
Experience designing local/regional campaigns and amplifying global campaigns/content/creative projects across digital marketing, experiential, offline marketing, partnerships, and sponsorships;
Have an integrated marketing mindset, a passion for storytelling through multiple media types, both visual and written;
Strong budget and project management skills, attention to detail and communication skills;
Occasional travel required;
Knowledge & enthusiasm about fashion industry and pop culture is an ideal advantage;
Microsoft Office knowledge essential.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Brand Director to develop and execute marketing & communication strategies that build the brand, increase market share and drive revenue growth for our products within our distributor network;
Collaborate with global teams and distributors to adapt marketing & communication strategies and campaigns to local market needs and cultural nuances;
Guide and work in partnership with distributor teams to excel in local implementation;
Lead the ideation, creation, integration and guide markets in executing impactful brand marketing & product marketing campaigns;
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing strategies, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement;
Oversee the creation of compelling and appropriate marketing content/assets to support the brand/product and business objectives of our distributor partners;
Manage, strengthen and develop relationships with distributor teams to drive all consumer-centric initiatives and promotions;
Closely partner with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Commercial Excellence, Product, eCom, Retail Finance and Operation, to ensure a cohesive and unified brand message across all communication channels and seamless integration of marketing efforts to maximize overall impact;
Plan, monitor and track distributors marketing budget to achieve maximum impact and ROI.
