The Customer Affairs representative helps to improve the customer experience by providing support and mentorship to post sale questions about the product or services that we offer.
**What you will do**:
- Provide support through social networks (Facebook and Instagram), aligning the communication line in partnership with the brand's agency;
- Control and payment of refunds to consumers through the 100% satisfaction guaranteed program, as well as generating monthly exchange report for distributors
- Manage the Hill's "Reclame Aqui" Web Site;
- Support to the Global Consumer Affairs team, attending monthly status meetings and being the focal point in Global improvement projects that impact Brazil;
- Seek opportunities to take the Central de Atendimento ao Consumidor (CAC) work throughout the organization, as an engaged team, in constant evolution
**Required Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree (completed or in progress) in Veterinary or related field
- Assertive, gentle and clear communication;
- Veterinary technical knowledge;
- Good interpersonal relationship;
- Intermediate English;
- Google Tools
