You will act as a consultant providing insights that support category and brand strategy, innovation, communication and business development opportunities challenging the team for different POVs.
You'll lead research projects and offer objective views of our leading brands, recommending new marketing approaches.
You'll support local and regional brand teams to understand the market, innovation opportunities and consumer journey.
You'll succeed because

You're objective and use factual data to make informed decisions and support your recommendations.

You:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics or Economics related field;
- Have experience in dealing with Nielsen Answers, IQVIA or similar data bases is a plus;
- Have expert knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
- Enjoy working with numbers, data and facts, strong analytical & numerical skills;
- Have good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to a broad audience;
- Are able to cope with uncertainty and fast-moving environment;
- Team player
- Fluency in English

You'll:
- deliver presentations with brilliant storylines
- support in local and regional performance reporting delivery together with Nielsen and IQVIA
- create and optimize local monthly reports and identifying new market trend
- support in consumer and shopper studies execution based on business needs
- analyze sales and performance records, interpret results at brand/category/country level
- build and maintain relationship with data vendors Nielsen / IQVIA and re-search agencies to ensure good level of service delivered
